Running had been a new "trend" for the past few years. Many people became more concern with their health and they start picking up the habit to run. But have you ever think you can run with the view of the Victoria Harbour nightscape?

Outdoor activities not only demand heavily on your physical strength and endurance, you also need to worry about the dangers of Ultraviolet Light and getting a heatstroke. So we recommend running around the evening to night time to fully appreciate the nightscape. It’s more easy to develop the habit of running too because of the cooler environment at night time.

If you have all of a sudden wanna have a run, you don’t have to worry about running without hydration. There are vending machines on the promenade with water and sport drinks (Stay away from others because those contain high sugar.)
